#1 Server Manager

Install with Power Shell the Server Manager.

#2 Windows Features

Install the Windows Features required using Power Shell from http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb691354(v=exchg.150).aspx

#3 Restart

When the Windows Features are installed you will see the Success message, Restart the Server.

#5 Unified Communications Managed API

Install the Unified Comms Managed API Runtime. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34992

#6 Windows Identity Foundation

Install the Windows Identity Foundation http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=974405

#7 Hotfix for RCP over HTTP

Install the Hotfix listed at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=2619234

#8 Hotfix for Insecure Library

Install the Hotfix listed at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=2533623

#9 Restart

Restart the server so it is ready for installation.
