#1 Check for Updates

Use the Check for Updates Feature.

#2 Download Updates

Updates will be downloaded if required.

#3 Copying Files

Setup will copy files to your disk.

#4 Introduction

You are now ready to begin the installation.

#5 Recommended Settings

Choose the Recommended Settings Option.

#6 Server Roles

Choose your Server Role, in this instance we are installing a Mailbox Server Role.

#7 Data Location

Choose the Install Location, the default is usually fine for the Exchange Application.

#8 Malware Protection

You can choose whether to use Malware Scanning in Exchange, we use a Cloud Scanner for Mail so we will choose Yes to disable this.

#9 Readiness Checks

The setup will now check the system for install.

#10 Failed Readiness Checks

If you have failed any Readiness Checks you will be informed and you can install the pre requisites.

#11 Install

The installation will now begin.

#12 Install Complete

Install will complete.
