One for the boss to learn from

If you have BES Server and you add a new Mailbox Database to the Exchange 2010 Server then do not forget this command to make sure BesAdmin can SendAs for the users in the database.

Get-MailboxDatabase | Add-ADPermission -User "BESAdmin" -AccessRights ExtendedRight -ExtendedRights Receive-As, ms-Exch-Store-Admin
