GFI Max Mail - When using LDAP users cannot login to their Control Panel

When using LDAP to lookup the users in Active Directory with Max Mail you can lookup the users but they cannot login with their Domain Credentials.

Login to Portal

media_1397652452788.png

In the portal choose the Client Domain, Users and then the LDAP option.

LDAP Configuration

media_1397652461040.png

The key is that under the attribute section and the Login field, the Formatter for this does not add the local domain for the client Active Directory, so if your clients internal NT domain is cscm.local then enter that after the @ symbol. Save and Synchronise and you will be able to login as the user with their domain password.
